Application of Kaizen



In implementing a program of Continual Improvement/Kaizen needed careful planning in a company, sharing experience for this step are:




  1. Management Decision




Kaizen must get approval from the highest leadership of the company, as this would be influence in the successful implementation of the program or not.


  1. Steering Committee




The role of the "success team" did not lose its importance in the implementation of the program, through these successful teams will there be people who are going to be intensive/routinely develop and create a strategy so that Kaizen can be applied.



Tips for the formation of the Committee was to involve representatives of many departments, as much as possible the "key person"/senior employees who have enthusiastically/passion more than other employees.




  1. The activity of Tra

Training Activities




Beginning with the increase of knowledge employees about Kaizen is important. Because with plague knowledge then it would be opening the door to perform. Though not 100% guarantee when already know could do/implementation. Segmentation of training must be comprehensive ranging from Top management. To the bottom line so that thunder employees have the same understanding about Kaizen & its benefits.




  1. Promotional activities/Campaigns




After the commitment of all employees, and to know the theory Kaizen, it's time to promote all employees to be involved in the formation of the team.



The campaign does not have to be done formally, in fact quite the relaxed campaign & door prize will be a little more interesting. don't forget to make the banners-banners supporting well ...:)




  1. Establishment of the Circle/Team QCC




Learning by doing is the right word for this step, the employees will better understand the QCC with getting involve in the team, so please open the corresponding registration procedure.

His tips do not unduly complicate registration, make it simple important employee involved first.




  1. Follow-up & Monitoring




Of the many team QCC already form. Then there should be a Pic of the Committee that will escort QCC-intensive field.



Usually the beginning of a lot of circle QCC experiencing constraints in completing the theme her improvement.




  1. Awarding of Reward & Appreciation




Usually the QCC team had complete its theme will look forward to the rewards of its activities. So it must be set to an appropriate appreciation for appreciation could either be money or goods.




  1. Competition/Race




The competition will spur team QCC to better compete in raising the quality of QCC. Usually when it's prestige competition held from each team to be the best will appear.
