Step 5: standards of care (Independent Examination)
The main activities in this step is to set standards and the schedule for completing self-service maintenance activities base on the equipment.
Then the operators perform routine maintenance with proper standards, and focus to achieve zero breakdown.
The Operator will be develop to understand the equipment as a whole system. Develop the capability to detect signs of abnormalities in order to prevent the existence of breakdown. As well as train operators to knowledgeable of many.
Step 6: Management and organization of work (Quality Assurance Process)
Activities perform in this step is to prevent damage product results to the next process, prevent the produce/manufacture products. That are damage/defects, achieving the quality assurance process and continues to zero defects.
The Operator will be develop to enhance knowledge of the equipment. The quality which aims in the charging status of the new techniques, and produces independent supervision in every operator.

Activities perform in this step is to prevent damage product results to the next process, prevent the produce/manufacture products. That are damage/defects, achieving the quality assurance process and continues to zero defects.

Step 7: Independent Care Full
Activities perform in this step is to maintain, enhance and redirect (at the new officials/employees) level of TPM that has been achieve.
