A Classification of costs means, the grouping of costs according to their common characteristics. The important ways of classification of costs are: By Nature or Traceability: Direct Costs and Indirect costs. Costs in a company is a very important component in supporting. The implementation of activities in an attempt to reach the goal. That goal can be achieve if the costs incur as a form of sacrifice by the companies.
