The main purpose of the communication is the delivery of information from one individual or group to another group or individual creating a shared understanding of the so much. Communication should be done effectively can convey what is delivered by the sender information (sender) to the recipient information (receiver). In the perspective of the world of business and organizations, effective communication is an absolute. Poor communication will result in quality problems, low productivity and lack of trust between individuals in the organization.
One of the most important elements in determining whether successful message delivery process from communicators to communication is the process of communication. So, is communicating a series of stages communicators deliver a message to communicant thus creating an equation of meaning between communicant and communicator.
Elements in the process of communication
Communication is a dynamic process which began with the concept of the idea by the sender (Sender) which is transmitted in the form of symbolic encoding of either form of verbal or non-verbal through communication channels (communication channel) to the recipient information (receiver).

From the communication process described above, there are 7 important elements in a communication process i.e. the sender information (Sender), symbol/Cue (Encoding), channels (Channel), interpret the symbol/Cue (Decoding), receiver (Receiver), bait Feedback (Feedback) and message (Message) itself. The Sender
The sender call by the Communicators are individuals, groups or organizations that initiate communications that have been conceptualizing the idea of wanting to delivered to the other party. This sender is the first party responsible for the successful delivery of information. Experience, knowledge, skills, attitudes, perception and culture will affect senders of information or messages to be delivered. According to Burnett & Dollar (1989), "the written word, the spoken words and non-verbal language chosen is the most important thing in making sure the receiver interprets the message as specified by the sender". For example, a manager wants to inform his subordinates about the introduction of a new product. Then the Manager can be said as the sender or the Sender.
Message
That is the message in this communication process is the idea, feeling, guidelines, instructions, orders or any content that is intended to be communicated. An example of such a message to the introduction of the product, the instruction message which should be done by subordinates and others.
The conversion of messages into a symbolic form
This process is the process of changing ideas, thoughts or component the message/other information be communicated into symbols, words, actions, diagrams, body movement, image and others. Communication Channels

The choice of media or communication channel is dependent on the interpersonal relationship between the sender and recipient. It also the urgency of the message to be sent. Defining a symbolic anniversary
In this process of decoding, receiver interprets the message sender and trying to understand it as best we can. Effective communication occurs only if the recipient understand exactly what is intended by the sender.
Receiver
Receiver or a Receiver is a person that is targeted to the message or the information. The recipient of information should try their best to understand what is meant by the sender information. So that the purpose of the communication is achieve. The extent to which understanding of the recipient of this information depends on the subject matter, experience, knowledge, beliefs and relation with the sender.
Feedback
Feedback or feedback is the final step of the communication process. To ensure the recipient has receive the message and have it properly as intend by the sender. This feedback will improve the effectiveness of communication as it allows the sender to know the effectiveness of the message. The response of the recipient can be verbal or non-verbal.
