it is a general it system in the manufacturing industry. many companies have a production management system in place to manage performance. there is also a scratch system made according to our own manufacturing, but many companies that visited have introduced a production management system (erp). after mass production prototypes, there is no turn of pm in the area of repeated production. pm has received many proposal opportunities from companies that manufacture projects up to prototype development and mass production before this work, and products close to individual order production, such as machine manufacturers. recently, there have been more opportunities for multiple teams to consider long-term r&d projects.

pm is a need for individual make-to-order production planning that is difficult to manage with erp and scheduler. machine manufacturers that have case studies have product models that suit their applications, but most projects are customized to meet the needs of customers. in addition, in the contract manufacturing of drugs that we proposed recently, raw materials are supplied from pharmaceutical manufacturers, so plans were made while checking the available people and equipment by a predetermined deadline. in individual make-to-order production with different requirements each time, it is difficult to plan by scheduler because the tat is not constant, and many companies plan in excel.
pm can template lead times for each process for each manufacturing model. new deals call the manufacturing model template during the planning phase and modify the process tasks in the template to meet individual order requirements, but the template allows you to quickly create a highly accurate plan without nukemole. in addition, pm makes it easy to register man-hours performance and the progress rate of each task, so you can grasp the progress in real time by number. since the final cost by number is managed by the production management system, the registered man-hours results are linked to the production management system using the data output function.

4 process control in the manufacturing industry
since the design department manages the design process of multiple calls and the manufacturing department manages the manufacturing process of multiple production units, the progress of all production numbers that are moving across the company is shared by the planning department periodically collecting information and dropping it into the large process table. if one process is delayed, it will affect the next process and other manufacturing processes, so there are many requests to alert you to delays.
in addition, for design reviews, the current pm specifications for the quality control department to register the review results on behalf of them, but there are many requests that we want to leave the evaluation results of reviewers in each department that participated in the review.
