one-page project management is a tool that reflects the status of the project and the performance of all stakeholders to the company's top managers. being short and comprehensive makes it a very effective communication tool. a piece of paper is a mycogram that connects the parts of the project, with a modest disregard for precision, the owners of the components are also marked on the file, and the progress of the project is distinguished by different colors or charts. make it easy for managers to understand and better grasp the situation.

in a project in charge, combined with their own practical experience, to talk about some personal views on the project:
first, develop a project plan before the project begins. if we are in charge of a project, we need to determine the specific plan of the entire project with the leader or relevant personnel before the project starts, especially to understand what the goals of the project are and when the completion date of the project is. often, when making a project plan, we don't know what the specific goals of the project are, what we are doing for, and in practice, this problem is usually difficult for us to determine. therefore, in practice, more we need to determine which tasks need to be completed in order to complete this plan, especially when we are not familiar with a project and have more experience, and some tasks are related, so we also need to understand whether there is a sequence between tasks, that is, the development of certain tasks requires the completion of the previous task.
second, when the goals of the project are clear, it is necessary to clarify each task required to achieve the project, and to clarify the relevant person in charge of each task. the problem often encountered in this part is cross-departmental collaboration, if a project involves many relevant departments, due to the unfamiliarity of personnel and the difficulty of communication, this step is often difficult to do well. as far as this ministry is concerned, perhaps regular short communication meetings of the relevant responsible persons are a better way to solve the problem.
third, the control of the progress of the project. usually when doing projects, the dispersion of the project makes it difficult to determine the completion of each project component, which can easily cause the project to deviate from the original planning arrangement. in the process of my contact with the project, if it is cross-departmental, it is difficult to accurately control the progress of the project, on the one hand, it is difficult to communicate across departments, and on the other hand, it may also lie in the level of project follow-up. therefore, in order to control the progress of the project, it is necessary to track the progress of the project regularly, which i personally believe is a top priority of project management. it is not necessary to follow up on every detail of the project at all times, but it is necessary to ensure that every milestone date and the project has reached the established progress, which is something that needs to be paid attention to in project follow-up. therefore, regular wrap-up meetings are necessary.
fourth, the rights and responsibilities of the project are clear. each project is multi-person, and with more people involved, we usually find situations where the responsibility is unclear. if a project has a problem, it often happens that the person in charge of the problem cannot be found, or the details of a task are understood, and the person who finds it is not clear, and it is often necessary to find b through a and then find c, that is, to understand the problem of the long span. in this regard, i think that the open communication of the project is a better solution. regularly, each person in charge reports on the progress of the project in the group, has problems, and communicates openly and transparently in the group. private communication often leads to inefficiency and biased understanding caused by multiple links."
fifth, the project is a dynamic progression process, so when taking charge of the project, each corresponding time node is an important period. from the initial determination of the project plan to the follow-up of the project development to the end of the project, during this period as the project leader needs to know that the project is a dynamic change process, rather than letting it go after the completion of the project plan, in the development of the project, timely follow-up to determine the progress and problems of the project is the main work of the project leader. however, it seems to be a little difficult, and it seems that i just stayed and let it go after the project plan was formulated. regularly update the project plan, and it is difficult to control the project.
in short, when in charge of a project, the formulation of the task needs to ensure that each project member has a clear understanding, and it is necessary to regularly report the progress and completion of the project, and this time needs to be determined and recognized by each member before the project is carried out, and it is necessary to form a habit. the rights and responsibilities are clear, the person in charge of each task needs to be clear, and when encountering problems, open communication, when a problem occurs in a certain link, you can also find the corresponding person in charge in time.
